Dynamic multi-disciplinary professional with proven expertise in ICT innovation, law, journalism, cybercrime prevention, policy advisory, and humanitarian service. She currently serves as Technical Adviser on the National Smart AI-Powered WhatsApp Response Initiative under the Office of the Special Assistant to the President on ICTDevelopment & Digital Innovation (SAP-ICT), Federal Republic of Nigeria, and hasplayed a strategic role with the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) inproject monitoring, contractor supervision, and regional development initiatives.

Recognized for her leadership in decentralizing the National Cybercrime Centre Annexes across Nigeria’s six geopolitical zones, she blends government advisorywork (Presidency & NDDC), international training, media communication, andhumanitarian leadership. Currently pursuing an LLB in Law to further strengthen

hercapacity to deliver legal-technical advisory in ICT, cybercrime, and governance.
